The board meets 5 times each year. Board members serve on at least one of the following committees, most of which meet monthly:

Audit, Development, Facilities, Finance, Governance, Human Resources, Marketing, and Strategy.

Bethesda Project maintains a strategic plan, which is monitored by the Strategy Committee, and updated regularly.
