The funding will be used to support training to improve staff effectiveness
Philadelphia, PA, 06/07/2017 – Bethesda Project has received a $30,000 grant from The Lincoln Financial Foundation to provide training that will improve staff effectiveness at shelter and housing sites. These trainings will include professional development opportunities along with courses to keep staff up to date in their knowledge of best practices within their respective fields. This funding will allow Bethesda Project to continue its critical work in the city of Philadelphia by enhancing the services it provides to thousands of individuals experiencing homelessness in our community. Bethesda Project takes pride in its services and, thanks to the generosity of funders like The Lincoln Financial Foundation, this work will not only continue, but will grow exponentially.
